A Fairleigh Dickinson University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts, Julie brings communication, careful follow-through, and local market knowledge to every relationship. Her experience with eXp Realty and Keller Williams informs the personal service she now delivers with 3DX Real Estate.
Andrew “Drew” Millar brings positive energy, integrity, and an architectural eye to real estate. Before entering real estate management and sales over 17 years ago, he spent more than 20 years working as an Intern-Architect with local architectural firms.
Drew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University and a Master’s degree in Architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. His experience spans custom homes, condominiums, and commercial properties. Two years assisting certified appraisers with valuation reports across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware further shaped his approach to property analysis.
Drew and Julie met in Ocean City more than 40 years ago. With their daughters, Mary and Rory, they embrace an active, wellness-focused shore lifestyle. A former gold-medal rower in high school and college, Drew brings focus and persistence to their shared work.
Strand is an old word for shoreline. For Drew and Julie, Strand House is a personal expression of home: local roots, thoughtful advice, and a relationship that continues beyond closing.
